Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the above Association to be held on Wednesday 8th September 2010 at 7.30 p.m. in the Community Centre, Lower Lane, Chinley.
All members of the Association are invited to attend and each member has the right to vote in any motion put before the meeting. Anyone wishing to propose a resolution please do so in writing addressed to the Secretary. If a member is unable to attend they may authorise the Secretary of the Association as a proxy, to vote on their behalf in accordance with their wishes, if stated, or in accordance with her judgement, if not stated.
